The new ARM127 Mark 2 ( aka. ARM127MK2 ) is a totally new meter, it is designed from scratch by Autonnic’s new Design Engineer. Its core is a 16-bit ULTRA LOW POWER MICROCONTROLLER with five built-in power modes designed to achieved extended battery life. The main component of the meter which is the Printed Circuit Board ( PCB ) assembly is totally different from the OLD ARM127 including the components mounted on it. The Display was also redesigned to simplify the maintenance alerts and the segments were made larger for easier readout. ARM127MK2’s case has been upgraded to a stronger and better grade of plastic material, making it more resistant to scratch and will last longer.

While the meter itself has changed , we have retained the features that our customers have patronized for many years. ARM127MK2 is a combination of Engine Usage meter  and Tachometer that is programmed to flash Maintenance Alert at intervals based on engine and/or equipment manufacturer’s recommended service schedule. Meters automatically detect running engine and display accumulated hours of operation or engine speed in revolutions per minute.
